EverSolo DAC-Z6: DAC with Bluetooth 5.0 on ES9068 chips

EverSolo DAC-Z6 is a powerful DAC based on a neat technical structure. It uses high-end components, such as two ESS ES9068AS D/A conversion chips and an XMOS XU316 USB interface, allowing it to support high-resolution audio streams and provide clear and detailed audio reproduction. The DAC-Z8 also has a wide range of features, making it a versatile and efficient device.

The DAC-Z6’s USB input is combined with the XMOS XU316 interface, which is capable of quickly and efficiently processing audio data for optimal signal transfer. This chip also supports high-resolution streams up to PCM 32bit 768kHz and DSD512 Native, as well as MQA files.

The DAC-Z6 headphone amplifier also performs very well and is capable of delivering comfortable power to headphones with impedances ranging from 16 to 300Ω without issue. It also has two-stage gain control, allowing it to be used for both demanding headphones and more sensitive headphones.

The EverSolo DAC-Z6 supports decoding of MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) files from USB, optical and Toslink coaxial inputs. This format allows you to enjoy sound quality that is as close as possible to the original studio recording.

In addition to full connectivity, the DAC-Z6 features a Qualcomm QCC5125 Bluetooth 5.0 receiver, making it possible to stream music remotely, such as from a smartphone or tablet, and supports aptX HD and LDAC high-definition transmission codecs for high-quality wireless playback.

The front panel of the DAC-Z6 features a beautiful 3-inch color LCD screen. It displays an ergonomic and intuitive interface that allows you to access all the functions and parameters of the DAC.

The EverSolo DAC-Z6 is housed in a beautiful, durable aluminum chassis that has been precision machined using CNC (Computer Numerical Control). It has a modern and discreet design that makes it easy to integrate into any audio system.

The heart of the DAC-Z6, its digital-to-analog conversion stage, is equipped with a pair of ESS ES9068AS chips. They provide low distortion and noise for an unobstructed, high-fidelity music experience. This balanced structure also significantly reduces interference that could compromise the integrity of the audio signal. In addition, the DAC-Z6’s audio circuitry is specifically calibrated to unleash its full potential.

The DAC-Z6 is equipped with two high-precision clock generators at frequencies of 45.1584 MHz and 49.152 MHz. They allow you to enjoy high quality decoding, providing very low jitter for detailed and accurate sound.

The DAC-Z6’s analog audio circuitry is fully balanced and uses multiple OPAs. The XLR, RCA and headphone outputs are processed by a balanced differential amplifier circuit for low noise and improved channel separation.
