Jamo Returns With Stunning New Concert Legacy and Element Speakers at High End Vienna 2026

Jamo is back with the all-new Concert Legacy and Concert Element loudspeaker series. Discover Scandinavian design, premium Danish engineering, and the brand’s boldest hi-fi comeback at High End Vienna 2026.

Jamo has released new information and official images of the Concert Legacy and Concert Element product lines. According to the company, the two new collections mark Jamo’s return and will both be showcased at High End Vienna 2026 starting June 4. Delivery is expected to begin during August.

Jamo Concert Legacy

According to the designers, Concert Legacy is Jamo's demonstration of the very best in Scandinavian hi-fi. Positioned as the brand's premier premium passive loudspeaker line, it represents, by the company, not only a revival of past successes but also a further development of one of Jamo's most acclaimed series.

The core of Concert Legacy is based on a simple idea: what would the original Concert series look like today if it had been continuously developed over the past thirty years? Instead of adopting old designs, the new range continues the ideas that characterized the original Concert 8 and Concert 11 loudspeakers, introduced in 1996, naturally in a technically modernized form.

The Concert Legacy, made in Denmark, is the result of long-standing Scandinavian collaborations. The drivers are developed in partnership with driver manufacturers Scan-Speak in Denmark and SEAS in Norway, while the woofers are crafted from Finnish wood fibers. This integration ensures that design, engineering, and production all contribute to the mission of making audiophiles think of the signature Jamo sound.

Technically, the series combines controlled low-frequency reproduction, an open midrange, and clear highs thanks to well-considered design choices. The Jamo DualCore architecture physically isolates the midrange and bass chambers to maintain clarity as low-frequency energy increases. The downward-facing bass driver allows for flexible room placement while retaining the sleek design.

The range is led by the floor-standing Legacy 11. In addition, the slightly smaller, also floor-standing Legacy 9 offers a fully developed compact floor-standing loudspeaker, while the Legacy 8 brings the same acoustics to a monitor model.

Jamo Concert Element

The Concert Element family comprises the Element 50, Element 70, and Element 90, supported by the SW10 subwoofer. The Concert Element product line can be seen as Jamo's purest form of Danish functional design and was developed in collaboration with the Copenhagen-based studio HarritSørensen. This is immediately apparent in the series' distinctive “circle over rectangle” design. Instead of hiding the driver within the enclosure, the circular driver module protrudes outwards, thus forming both the acoustic and visual centerpiece of the design. The result is a loudspeaker that is visually striking, modern, and appealing to a wider audience of music lovers.

Thanks to the shallow enclosure and minimalist finish, the speakers fit seamlessly into any interior. The Element 50 is a true bookshelf model (as opposed to a floor-standing speaker) that fits perfectly on a standard bookshelf while simultaneously delivering excellent hi-fi performance.

Developed in collaboration with SB Acoustics, the loudspeakers utilize specially designed drivers tuned to the volume of each cabinet. The downward-facing bass ports increase placement flexibility, while the time-synchronized positioning of the tweeter ensures accuracy. In floorstanding models, the dual-chamber construction separates the bass and midrange, with the ‘internal logic' visible on the outside in the series' distinctive Horizon Line.

The fabric covering is part of the product language and enables the speaker to switch between a softer, homey look and a more robust, technical design. Optional fabrics from Gabriel of Denmark add extra Scandinavian color and style.
