iBasso has released a new player DX170 .
As the successor to the DX160, the DX170 features the latest generation Dual DAC chipset, FPGA Master Audio Architecture, dual independent NDK Crystal Oscillators, a 5.0″ bright colorful display and many more features.
FPGA Master Technology
The iBasso DX170 uses a custom-designed FPGA Master audio architecture, which is supported by two independent NDK femtosecond crystal oscillators. This FPGA Master receives the audio signal directly from the SoC chipset and feeds it directly to the DAC chips for decoding. It functions as a single master clock for the entire system within the DX170, effectively improving audio output fidelity and synchronization of different chips together.
The Cirrus Logics
DX170 DAC is equipped with the latest generation Dual DAC chipset from Cirrus Logics. The player uses two 32-bit CS43131 DAC chipsets, which provide exceptional performance when decoding high-resolution audio signals. The player supports high-resolution 32-Bit/384kHz PCM, Native DSD256 and full 8x MQA signals. It decodes them with high precision and clarity, achieving ultra-low THD+N harmonic distortion.
Smooth Operation with Rockchip’s Latest SoC Chipset
The heart and core of the latest DX170 is the premium SoC chip developed by Rockchip. iBasso equipped the DX170 with a 4-core Rockchip RK4566 SoC. It is a powerful chipset that provides a smooth user experience with multitasking support.
True Hi-Res Audio
The iBasso DX170 is a full-fledged Android Hi-Res player powered by the latest Android 11. It allows users to select their preferred media apps from the PlayStore. iBasso is powered by the latest generation Rockchip SoC (RK3566) with 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM for a simple and smooth user experience. 2GB RAM with high-performance quad-core SoC allows users to easily use various applications on the DX170 without any lag or lag. Other features of the DX170 include a crisp 5.0-inch 1080P display that will display your covers in full resolution, a powerful output amplifier with OP+BUF amplification architecture, single-ended and balanced headphone outputs, and more.
Android 11 OS
iBasso DX170 is one of the few DAPs that comes with Android 11 OS. It provides you with a complete Play Store market, you can easily install your favorite app on DX170.
