Magnat MC-400
Magnat MC-400

The Magnat MC 400 CD receiver has a very wide range of functions and is quite capable of replacing an entire stereo system. To this model, just add a couple of good bookshelf or floor-standing speakers and the set for high-quality sound in a medium-sized room is ready. The device is made in a full-size case with an aluminum front panel, which contains the minimum required set of controls, as well as an informative TFT color display with adjustable brightness.

The device develops an output power of up to 60 W per channel, which is quite enough to drive bookshelf speakers with a standard sensitivity rating. The model has a high-quality CD drive that loads the disc quickly and operates almost silently. To eliminate vibrations and resonances, the Magnat MC 400 is equipped with a damped chassis. Another built-in sound source in the device is an FM/DAB tuner with an auto-tuning system and a station storage function.

Magnat MC 400 also has a wide range of connections for external sources. It includes two line inputs on the rear and one on the front, HDMI ARC, optical, Phono input for connecting turntables and coaxial inputs with support for 24-bit / 192 kHz signals. Magnat MC 200 also has Bluetooth with aptX support for convenient connection of wireless devices. You can connect headphones and an active subwoofer to the CD receiver. Reliable screw terminals are provided for connecting acoustics. It is also possible to listen to content from USB drives.

The presence of streaming functions makes the CD receiver a completely self-sufficient device. Connecting to the network is possible via Ethernet or Wi-Fi, and support for DLNA 1.5 and Spotify is provided for content playback. It is possible to listen to Internet radio, which in many cases will be an excellent replacement for over-the-air broadcasts. Magnat MC 400 reproduces High Resolution content recorded at up to 24 bit / 192 kHz. To control the CD receiver, you can use a proprietary mobile application (it will also provide the ability to build a multiroom system based on compatible models) or the included full-function remote control.
