With the GENESIS G318s, EarAcoustic Audio introduces a new in-ear headphone that puts acoustic structure and spatial realism at the center of its design philosophy. Rather than chasing ever-more complex multi-driver layouts, EarAcoustic has opted for a carefully engineered single dynamic driver, refined through an original electroacoustic concept focused on control, coherence, and natural presentation.
At the core of the G318s is a dual-magnet dynamic driver paired with separate acoustic chambers. This layout allows the driver to operate in a more predictable manner, reducing unwanted resonances and improving consistency across the frequency range. The approach is clearly aimed at listeners who value imaging and space as much as tonal balance.
The driver itself uses a composite diaphragm, combining a titanium dome with a diamond-coated elastic surround. By separating rigidity and flexibility into distinct zones, EarAcoustic aims to preserve clarity and speed in the midrange and treble while maintaining control and energy in the low frequencies. According to the manufacturer, this structure also minimizes energy loss, particularly in the bass region, contributing to a more authoritative yet controlled low end.

Supporting this is a dual-chamber architecture with a magnetic flux exceeding 1 Tesla, ensuring fast transient response and stable behavior even during complex musical passages. The tuning philosophy follows a dual logic: one side grounded in reference accuracy, the other shaped for musical engagement, with a particular emphasis on vinyl playback characteristics.
Design
Visually, the GENESIS G318s stand apart from typical in-ear designs. The housings are machined from 6063 aluminum alloy using five-axis CNC equipment, followed by multi-stage hand polishing and electroplating. The result is a unique surface texture inspired by meteorite patterns, giving each earpiece a subtly organic, almost cosmic appearance.
Comfort and usability haven’t been overlooked. The compact metal shells are designed for a secure fit, while standard 0.78 mm 2-pin connectors allow for easy cable replacement or upgrades.
Connectivity
The G318s ship with a silver-plated oxygen-free copper cable, built using a shielded coaxial structure to reduce interference and maintain signal integrity. Terminated in a 4.4 mm balanced plug, the cable is clearly intended for use with modern portable players and balanced headphone amplifiers. Each unit carries an individual serial number and comes with branded accessories, reinforcing its boutique positioning.
