Cambridge Audio EVO CD: High-quality compact disc transport

Cambridge Audio introduces the EVO CD optical disc transport, part of its EVO component series. While the design of the electronic components in the Cambridge Audio EVO series is cohesive, the EVO CD transport features a unique aspect: the developers have eliminated standard digital switching, opting instead for a proprietary data exchange bus. Consequently, this product is designed to function exclusively with the EVO 150 or EVO 75, serving as an additional enhancement for these specific models.

The Cambridge Audio EVO CD is based on the company's S5 Servo optical disc drive, which boasts improved error correction and faster disc recognition. In keeping with the styling and quality of other EVO components, such as the Applause Award-winning Cambridge Audio EVO 150, the EVO CD features a stylish metal loading tray and a sleek black aluminium top panel.

You can choose between matt wood or matt black side panels made from durable Richlite material. The Cambridge Audio EVO CD transport also supports displaying album art via the Cambridge Audio StreamMagic app.
