Sennheiser entered into a partnership with British classic car manufacturer Morgan Motor Company . The firm’s speaker systems will appear in the Morgan Plus Four and Morgan Plus Six models .
The audio system from Sennheiser includes eight radiators . Four of them are classic dynamic drivers installed in the cabin and trunk, four more are emitters invisible to the eye that transmit vibrations to the car body. Three of them are located behind the dashboard, another one is in its own compartment inside the chassis.
All radiators are controlled by a proprietary amplifier with a signal processor , ensuring the perfect integration of all system elements. The speaker grilles are round in shape, reminiscent of rear-view mirrors, and are made of stainless steel with a special coating.
Morgan Plus Four and Morgan Plus Six cars with a Sennheiser audio system will go on sale in 2023, and the company plans to equip other models with the German manufacturer’s acoustics.
