The DALI SONIK ON-WALL is designed for listeners who want proper hi-fi sound without filling the room with large cabinets. Slim, wall-mounted, and visually restrained, it blends easily into modern living spaces while delivering a soundstage that feels far larger than its physical size suggests.
Despite its compact form, SONIK ON-WALL produces a balanced and surprisingly full-bodied presentation. The sound is open and well-defined, with solid bass presence, clear midrange, and a clean, controlled top end. It works just as well for music listening as it does for home cinema, whether you’re watching a film or enjoying low-volume late-night sessions.

SONIK ON-WALL is purpose-built for placement next to a TV or as part of a multi-channel setup. A refined, downward-facing rear bass port takes advantage of wall reinforcement to extend low-frequency response without boom or exaggeration. In many rooms, this allows the speaker to perform convincingly even without a subwoofer, although adding one remains an easy upgrade for deeper bass impact.
In surround systems, SONIK ON-WALL can be used across all channels—front, center, and rear—making it a flexible option for clean, symmetrical installations where floor space is limited.

Core technology from higher-end DALI designs
At the heart of the speaker is a newly developed 5.25-inch bass/midrange driver using DALI’s SMC (Soft Magnetic Composite) motor system. This material reduces magnetic distortion and improves linearity, resulting in cleaner midrange reproduction and lower listening fatigue. The driver also uses DALI’s Clarity Cone diaphragm, a paper-and-wood-fiber construction with a textured pattern that improves stiffness and transient response without adding mass.

The tweeter is a lightweight 29 mm soft dome designed for wide dispersion and smooth integration with the midrange. The result is a coherent and evenly balanced sound that remains consistent even when you’re not sitting directly in the sweet spot.
SONIK ON-WALL is deliberately designed to be amplifier-friendly, with a smooth impedance curve that works well with everything from compact streaming amplifiers to more traditional hi-fi setups. It performs confidently in modest systems and continues to scale as the electronics improve.

Build quality is solid and understated. The MDF cabinet is rigid and well-damped, with careful internal bracing and airflow management to maintain timing and control. The magnetically attached fabric grille gives the speaker a clean look, whether you prefer it visible or removed.
Part of a broader SONIK ecosystem
The SONIK ON-WALL is part of DALI’s wider SONIK series, which replaces the long-running OBERON range. Across the lineup, DALI focuses on delivering genuine hi-fi performance at accessible price points, borrowing materials and concepts from higher-end models such as KORE and EPIKORE.

Available in several finishes, SONIK ON-WALL fits seamlessly into both minimalist interiors and more traditional home cinema environments. It’s a speaker that prioritizes sound quality first, while keeping visual impact to a minimum—exactly what a modern wall-mounted hi-fi speaker should do.
