Sivga has launched the SV021 Pro, the successor to the popular SV021 closed-back dynamic headphones. Building on the foundation that made the original SV021 a favorite among audiophiles, the SV021 Pro refines every aspect of the design to deliver an even more detailed and natural listening experience, thanks to carefully selected materials and precisely tuned components. The original SV021 earned its reputation by getting the basics right – a balance of musicality, accuracy, and all-day comfort. It became a long-standing favorite among home listeners and hi-fi enthusiasts, and for good reason. The SV021 Pro builds directly on that foundation, refining the tuning for greater detail and dynamics while retaining the original’s relaxed, genre-agnostic sound character.
New 50mm aluminum dynamic driver
At the heart of the SV021 Pro is Sivga’s newly developed 50mm dynamic driver with an aluminum diaphragm. Featuring a five-layer composite diaphragm designed to achieve an ideal balance of stiffness and damping, this design delivers enhanced clarity in the mid- and high frequencies, precise detail reproduction, and a controlled, natural presentation across the entire frequency range.
To further enhance drive efficiency, the SV021 Pro employs an ultra-fine black copper-aluminum alloy voice coil. It also features a domed, six-layer reinforced composite structure, combined with a specially developed high-quality magnetic conversion system that delivers highly efficient, low-distortion conversion of energy into sound.
Natural materials, made for comfort
In line with Sivga’s commitment to material-driven design, the SV021 Pro features handcrafted natural wood earcups, available in two finishes: beechwood and zebrawood.
Each wood species not only offers a unique visual identity but also subtly contributes to the natural tone of the headphones, adding warmth and musicality without sacrificing clarity.
For long listening sessions, the SV021 Pro features wide, adaptive comfort ear cushions made of skin-friendly velour, which are soft, breathable and pleasant against the skin.
This is supported by an ergonomic support structure, precision-milled from high-quality metal and finished with a refined, smooth surface and distinctive tactile quality. The curved, adjustable design provides stable support and balanced pressure distribution, reducing fatigue while maintaining a secure fit.
Detachable oxygen-free copper cable
The SV021 Pro comes with a detachable OFC cable, made of oxygen-free copper for low-resistance signal transfer and minimal distortion. The cable is flexible, corrosion-resistant, and durable, offering long-term reliability and easy maintenance while maintaining a natural, detailed sound.
