Following the HONOR 100 series smartphones, the former sub-brand of Huawei introduced the Earbuds X6 wireless headphones in the in-ear form factor, which are already available for pre-order in China at a very attractive price. The new product is interesting because it supports Hi-Fi 5 DSP high-definition decoding and is certified by the China Electronic Audio Industry Association.
HONOR Earbuds X6 are equipped with 10mm dynamic drivers with a polymer composite diaphragm. Bluetooth 5.3 is used to connect to the sound source. In addition, the headphones offer noise reduction during calls through the use of AI algorithms (AI Call Noise Reduction), as well as dust and moisture protection according to the IP54 standard.
The battery life of the device is 9 hours or 40 hours with the charging case. The manufacturer claims that it is enough to charge the headphones for just 10 minutes to listen to music for 3 hours. The Earbuds X6 comes with a mobile application where you can more precisely customize the sound of the headphones using an equalizer.
HONOR Earbuds X6 are available in two color options: purple and white. The case and the headphones themselves resemble AirPods in appearance. The price in China is 299 yuan (about $40). The new product will go on sale on December 1 and will initially be sold for 249 yuan ($35).
