Cyrus Audio TTP: Vinyl player for the upcoming anniversary

Cyrus Audio will celebrate its 40th anniversary next year. In anticipation of this event, the company, known primarily for its digital sources and amplifiers, introduced the Cyrus Audio TTP turntable . The company believes that their model range was sorely lacking such a source. At the same time, the Phono Signature phono preamplifier was introduced almost 10 years ago. So, releasing a player worthy of this phono stage was a logical step.

The base and platter of the Cyrus Audio TTP turntable are made of aluminum. The DC synchronous motor has a specially designed digital control circuit and features very low vibration and flutter with stable speed. The Cyrus Audio TTP player is equipped with a port for connecting an optional PSX-R2 power supply, the voltage from which is supplied to the motor.

“We wanted to provide the best possible record reproduction and were looking for a partner for our award-winning Phono Signature phono stage. Although we do not specialize in the design and manufacture of turntables, when creating the Cyrus Audio TTP we collaborated on the mechanical side with a well-known German engineering company, retaining the development of the control unit and motor. The result is what we believe is one of the best players for the money,” said Nick Clarke , Managing Director of Cyrus.

The Cyrus Audio TTP turntable will be available in the UK at the end of October with a recommended retail price of £4,295 .
