Trilogy Audio 994: New Hybrid Mono Power Amplifier

The core of the amplifier is a 6H6P tube, which is responsible for the input stage, while the output stage is equipped with transistors that optimize the operation of the device. What makes the 994 unique is its versatility: users can choose between three operating modes. In class AB mode, the amplifier is capable of delivering up to 140 watts into an 8 ohm load, while in pure class A the power is reduced to 20 watts, providing exceptional sound quality for the most demanding music lovers.

ecoA's Eco Mode offers a balanced compromise between power consumption and performance, delivering 30 watts into 8 ohms and 55 watts into 4 ohms. Note that the amplifier does not use general negative feedback, which is a significant factor for the true transmission of musical material. An input impedance of 200 kOhm and a sensitivity of 1.1 V for rated power highlight the high level of technical implementation of the device.

The external parameters of the amplifier are also impressive: its weight is 25 kg, and its dimensions are 190 x 400 x 312 mm. This amplifier is sure to be a gem in any audiophile's collection.
