JBL has launched the Stage 2 product line of speakers for music and home theater. The range is affordable and comes in two colorways. Shipping should start later this month.

The new lines have a modern look and were designed and tuned at JBL’s Center of Acoustics Excellence in Northridge, California, which suggests they might have some JBL Synthesis DNA mixed in. The speakers feature innovations such as patented next-generation HDI waveguides and anodized aluminum-cone tweeters and polycellulose-cone woofers designed by the same engineers who, according to the company, create the most advanced high-performance audio systems on the market today.
The range also includes two active subwoofers, one with a ten-inch driver and the other with a slightly larger twelve-inch driver. Both subwoofers have a dual bass port on the back.
All models are available in Latte and Espresso colours. Delivery is expected to begin later this month.
