The Swedish company Audio Pro presents a pair of active speaker systems Audio Pro A28. According to the manufacturer, they are equipped with some additional capabilities that are unusual for such devices. First of all, it is recommended to install them on the sides of the large TV screen. Built-in HDMI ARC allows you to control them using a TV remote control, and this mode provides a virtual sound function. It is also possible to work together with a subwoofer.
The Audio Pro A28 speakers can stream audio from a mobile device via Bluetooth, and supports the aptX Low Latency codec – with minimal latency and high quality. The new products also feature Wi-Fi connectivity and can be connected to other components in Audio Pro’s proprietary multiroom system. As for cable connections, compatibility with older devices is ensured by the presence of a 3.5 mm analog input. For more modern audio sources, digital optics are provided.
The included remote has five programmable buttons that can be set to play a specific radio station or Spotify playlist. An alternative to the remote control is a smartphone screen with the Audio Pro Control application or, alternatively, Amazon Alexa built into it. The app allows you to fine-tune the bass and treble and add a virtual surround sound effect.
