Beyerdynamic has launched the Aventho 100, a pair of wireless on-ear headphones that combines a retro design with modern technology. The Aventho 100 features Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) and comes in three color options.

Available in black, brown, and cream, the Aventho 100 features soft, replaceable memory foam ear cushions and premium materials that combine durability with classic style. The headphones’ compact, foldable design makes them ideal for travel. Meanwhile, the included soft carrying case with a drawstring, a 3.5mm jack cable, and USB-C charging ensure the Aventho 100 is ready to charge or use in virtually any situation. Weighing approximately 220 grams, the designers say that’s light enough for extended listening sessions during your daily commute or long flights.

Behind the retro styling, Beyerdynamic has incorporated a range of contemporary features. Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) allows listeners to tune out everyday distractions from ambient noise. This is complemented by Qualcomm cVc technology for clearer calls, making the Aventho 100 suitable for work, travel, or simply listening. A 45mm driver, designed and developed in Germany, promises balanced sound with rich bass, detailed mid-range, and clear highs. Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity supports aptX Lossless and Adaptive codecs, Google Fast Pair, and multipoint pairing for a smooth connection to smartphones and laptops.

Battery life is another highlight, surpassing many competitors with up to 60 hours of playtime without ANC, or around 40 hours with ANC enabled. This makes it one of the longest-lasting headphones in its class to date. A quick 15-minute charge delivers 15 hours of playtime, enough for everything from a week’s commute to long-haul flights. On-ear controls manage calls and playback directly, and the Beyerdynamic companion app offers adjustable ANC levels, firmware updates, and personalization to keep performance optimal.

Beyerdynamic says the Aventho 100 continues its dedication to craftsmanship, comfort and precise German engineering, a tradition that goes back more than a century.
The Beyerdynamic Aventho 100 has a suggested retail price of just under 200 euros.
