Bose engineers, in collaboration with designers from the fashion brand Kith, have developed the Ultra Open Earbuds.
The Ultra Opens “look as great as they sound.” Structurally, the Bose Ultra Open is similar to a device from the Huawei range called FreeClip; Looks like ear cuffs are becoming a new trend. They do not block the ear canal and allow you to hear surrounding sounds, and at the same time look like a fashionable decoration. Traditional headphones, both in-ear and especially on-ear, are often difficult to “fit” into a fashionable image – they do not fit well with clothes, jewelry, etc. The same cannot be said about the Bose Ultra Open, which can be worn with any hats, glasses, jewelry, etc. other accessories that create a stylish look.
The headphones use Bose OpenAudio technology. The mount, thanks to which the earphone is held on the auricle, is very light, so the headphones can be worn all day. Battery life – up to 7.5 hours (up to 4.5 hours in immersive sound mode); connection to the source is via Bluetooth. The new product will go on sale on January 22.
