Swedish Nocs Design has announced the wireless speaker Monolith Aluminium. The Monolith Aluminium is the third product in the portfolio of head designer Daniel Alm, after the Monolith and the Mini . Sustainability and recyclability are central themes in the development of the Monolith Aluminium. Delivery is expected to start in November.

Nocs Monolith Aluminium: designed and developed in Sweden

The Monolith Aluminium has been designed from the ground up with sustainability and recyclability at its core. All parts are replaceable and the product is built to last for many years. This approach delivers significant long-term benefits for the customer, end users and the environment. “The challenge was once again to strip away everything that was unnecessary. Countless hours were spent on achieving perfect symmetry in the positioning of the drivers. There are no logos, no frills – just the sleek yet refined look of solid aluminium remains. Timelessness is paramount to me,” says Chief Designer Daniel Alm about his latest wireless speaker.

The use of sustainable, recyclable materials and a modular design improves product longevity and reliability, reducing long-term costs associated with repairs and replacements. This design innovation positions the customer as a leader in sustainable practices, likely increasing market share, sales and customer loyalty by appealing to environmentally conscious consumers, according to the Nocs Design website .

End users benefit from a high-quality, durable audio product that delivers exceptional performance. Replaceable parts ensure that the product remains functional and up-to-date over time, delivering a better return on investment. By using recycled materials and ensuring that all components are replaceable, we significantly reduce waste and resource consumption. Furthermore, the robust construction minimizes the need for frequent replacements, reducing the environmental footprint throughout the product’s lifecycle. This commitment to sustainability supports a circular economy, reduces e-waste, and promotes responsible consumption.
