The Finnish company Hypostatic has released a new model of floorstanding speakers Blackbird , which has a hybrid design. It combines planar and dynamic emitters.
The magnetostatic emitter CMD 705 of its own design is responsible for the reproduction of high and medium frequencies in the system , it sounds the area from 250 Hz and above.
It uses a curved diaphragm, which allows for a wider HF radiation pattern, as well as powerful neodymium magnets. Bass is entrusted to an 8-inch speaker in a bass-reflex housing made of powder-coated steel. The overall sensitivity is 87 dB , the nominal impedance is 4 ohms , each speaker weighs 40 kg with a height of 103 cm .
