The Coastal Source CUBE features a powered subwoofer equipped with a 10-inch diameter downward-firing driver and a robust 350-watt amplifier. It is offered in two elegant stone finishes: travertine and granite. The product is encased in a 16-inch cube enclosure that can be easily mounted on both hard and soft surfaces, providing integrators with versatile installation options without the need for extensive landscaping. Additionally, the subwoofer is equipped with vibration-isolating rubber feet, ensuring stability and preventing movement on hard surfaces, even at maximum power output.
The Coastal Source CUBE subwoofer is engineered for effortless integration with any Coastal Source Plug & Play audio system. It serves as an ideal enhancement to the Coastal Source Razor, Contour, 8.0 Mini Ellipse Bollard, 10.0 Ellipse Bollard Satellite, or 10.0 2-way Ellipse Bollard all-weather speaker systems.
The Coastal Source CUBE subwoofer is housed in a composite enclosure. Its driver cone is constructed from fiberglass, while the surround is crafted from high-grade thermoplastic elastomer Santoprene, providing durability against extreme temperatures, UV light, and water exposure. With Coastal Source’s exclusive UniConnect 8C Plug & Play cable and connector system, installation of the subwoofer is quick and effortless, requiring no tools or soldering. The Coastal Source Cap Switch allows for easy adjustment of the phase by 180 degrees, ensuring optimal sound quality regardless of subwoofer placement.
The Coastal Source CUBE subwoofer will make its debut at Audio Advice Live 2024, taking place from August 2-4, 2024, in Raleigh, North Carolina, as well as at CEDIA 2024, held at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.
