Topping is back with the compact E30 II Lite DAC , a smaller version of the excellent E30 II that features a number of technical improvements over the E30. Featuring an AK4493S DAC chip, XMOS XU208 USB interface and an optimized power supply, Topping’s newest DAC gives you a great DAC at an extremely affordable price.
When it comes to connectivity, the E30 II Lite doesn’t go overboard, but offers the same full range of connections as the E30 II, making it easy to integrate into the vast majority of audio systems. Inputs include USB-B, Toslink optical, and coaxial. The output is just stereo RCA.
To solve the problem of noise that can be caused by the 5V power supply, the E30 II Lite includes a discrete LNRD (Low Noise Reference Driver) circuit. It filters out noise from the power supply, providing an ultra-low noise, perfectly stable electrical signal for audio circuits. As a result, the E30 II Lite’s background noise is less than 1.9 µV.
The E30 II Lite has six PCM filters and two DSD filters. They allow you to customize your device’s sound output to suit your preferences and your audio system.
The E30 II Lite has a maximum output level lock feature. This means that it can operate in pure DAC mode. In pure DAC mode
