TOPPING has released the ES9068AS DX5 dual -chip DAC/preamplifier .
Topping has won many accolades for its HiFi audio products over the years. They mainly operate in the desktop segment. Just recently, Topping released a brand new all-in-one DAC/AMP, the Topping DX5. DX5 delivers superior performance thanks to dual ES9068AS DAC chips achieving ultra-low THD+N distortion. It offers users a variety of connection options and also supports MQA (Master-Quality Authenticated) decoding. The latest DX5 can act as a single unit that provides high-resolution signal decoding while still delivering some pretty powerful amplification.

Flagship-Class Performance with Premium ESS Saber Dual DAC
Chipset Topping has equipped its latest DX5 USB DAC/AMP with a premium Dual DAC chipset. They equipped it with two ES9068AS DAC chips. Thanks to professional tuning and attention to detail, DX5 delivers flagship-class performance with exceptionally low THD+N and high SNR performance. Enjoy your favorite music in pristine sound quality with Topping DX5 at your side.
Built-in NFCA Amplification Circuit
The Topping DX5s are equipped with NFCA headphone amplification circuitry. Recently, NFCA amplification circuitry has been implemented in the portable AMP NX7 and desktop AMP L50, both of which have enjoyed great success from Topping. Thanks to a specially designed NFCA amplification circuit, the DX5 delivers enough power to drive even demanding headphones with ease. Even at a high impedance level of 300Ω, the DX5 delivers up to 250mW of clean power.
Full MQA
Decoding Master-Quality Authenticated (MQA) decoding is fully supported by Topping DX5. It not only supports MQA via USB connection, but also supports full MQA decoding with digital coaxial and optical inputs. So get ready to experience full MQA decoding with Topping DX5.
Variety of connectors
Topping has extensive experience in the development of desktop HiFi devices. The newest model, the DX5, is a hub with multiple connectivity options. You can use USB, coaxial, optical, or even Bluetooth for input. Using Bluetooth, the DX5 supports high-definition signal transmission with support for the LDAC codec. In terms of output, we have a 6.35mm single-ended headphone jack and a 4-pin balanced XLR headphone jack.
Multiple Operation Modes
Topping DX5 can be used in different modes depending on user preference. It supports DAC-only mode, providing line output to a dedicated amplifier in your circuit, or you can use its headphone amp, or simply use both modes. You can also use it for simultaneous line output via both RCA and XLR ports. All these modes are easily accessible and can be switched using the remote control.
