Soncoz LP1 is an ultra-low noise linear power supply that provides your audio system with the clean, stable electrical signal needed for quality audio reproduction. The power supply features a custom-made sealed toroidal transformer combined with a separate rectifier and regulator module with three rectified outputs. This independent design greatly reduces interference between outputs and thus reduces noise levels. The regulation stage uses five TPS7A4700 ultra-low noise linear voltage regulators. Each 5V output is connected in parallel to two ICs, and the maximum output current reaches 2A.
The LP1 power supply has three independent outputs. The first of them provides 12/15 V 1 A to the DC jack connector, and the other two, to the USB-A ports, provide 5 V 2 A. Each output can be activated or deactivated using buttons on the front panel of the device.
To this, the LP1 adds intelligent and practical functions such as remembering the ON/OFF state of each output when the power supply is turned off, an indicator light in case of overload, a system integrity check every time it is turned on, or a timer function that allows the power supply to automatically turn off after 2 or 3 hours.
All components of the Soncoz LP1 power supply are hidden under a rugged CNC anodized aluminum chassis with an elegant, minimalist design.
