The team behind the budget-friendly hybrid headphone amplifier, Vali, from Schiit, has unveiled the third iteration of their product. This latest version boasts not only a refreshed design but also several technical enhancements.

To begin with, the engineering team at the manufacturer has boosted the voltage from 60 V to 100 V. Additionally, they’ve upgraded the power supply, which has led to an increase in output power to 1.5 W at 32 Ohms and 200 mW at 600 Ohms.
Vali 3 integrates tube-based preamp stages and bipolar transistors for the output stages, operating in class AB. This setup, along with the inclusion of RCA line outputs, allows the device to function as a pre-amplifier as well. All other features and functionalities have been kept consistent with previous models.

Schiit Audio plans to offer Vali 3 in both black and white color options. Despite these upgrades, the company has chosen not to increase the price.
