Premiera A3S is a modern integrated Hi-Fi stereo amplifier of class AB with a built-in network player, MM/MC phono preamplifier, DAC, Bluetooth, HDMI ARC, Wi-Fi and AirPlay 2, with a nominal output power of 110 W per channel. With the general restraint of the design, characteristic of all Premiera devices, the A3S stands out with its large and bright VU-indicators instead of a display on the front panel and tone control knobs under them. These two elements give the model a neo-vintage look, so fashionable today. At the same time, controlling the amplifier without a display and menu has not become less convenient – buttons and potentiometers do a great job, even complex procedures such as updating software or returning to factory settings can be carried out using combinations of buttons on the front panel. In addition, the remote control will always help.
The Premiera A3S has eleven possible input sources! One of the linear inputs is balanced, which is rare even in much more expensive devices. The HDMI ARC input expands the capabilities of the amplifier, allowing you to play the soundtrack from any modern TV. There are also three analog outputs – two stereo (adjustable for an external amplifier) and one mono (for an active subwoofer). The digital signal is processed by a modern DAC on the ES9018K2M Sabre chip. The streaming module from Linkplay is responsible for streaming playback, and the convenient and intuitive Audio System mobile application allows you to connect to Wi-Fi and set up a network player.
The main function of the Premiera A3S amplifier is provided by its amplifying section, which is powered by a toroidal shielded transformer with a capacity of 450 watts.
