When the input signal is stable, the D40 Pro reduces the DPLL value to improve the device clock speed. On the contrary, when the input signal lacks stability, increasing the value of this function will restore uninterrupted signal and sound.
The D40 Pro also features 7 PCM filters and 4 DSD filters. They allow you to customize your device’s audio output to suit your listening style or audio system.
In addition to the DAC section, Loxjie D40 Pro is equipped with a powerful headphone amplifier with an output impedance close to 0Ω and two selectable gain levels, allowing it to adapt to the vast majority of headphones on the market. The device’s independent volume control allows you to freely adjust the sound level on headphones and line outputs.
