Denon AH-GC30 are wireless noise-canceling headphones with aptX HD support. Built using the advanced FreeEdge speaker technology found in the flagship AH-D9200 headphones, the new Denon GC30 models deliver vibrant and immersive sound.
The Denon AH-GC30 headphones feature Denon’s patented FreeEdge driver technology, previously only found on ultra-premium headphones. Modern materials used in the production of speakers make it possible to reduce unwanted resonances and, due to the piston mode of operation of the speakers, reproduce high frequencies in more detail and purity, deepen the bass and convey even more nuances in the construction of the sound stage. The latest AptX HD wireless technology in the AH-GC30 headphones allows you to stream music in high resolution and sound quality higher than traditional CDs. It is also possible to directly connect the headphones via a USB cable to a computer or laptop.
Along with the aptX HD codec, which provides high quality sound, the headphones have a new patented next-generation active noise cancellation system. It uses two microphones in each earbud and three noise reduction modes. City mode eliminates typical street noise, Office mode is customized for listening to music in the workplace, and Flight mode eliminates the annoying noise of airplane engines. Each mode is optimized to reduce ambient noise with minimal impact on sound. Listen to music, call friends, watch movies or concentrate on work without being distracted by even loud noise around you.
The noise reduction system is also equipped with a special “Ambient Monitor” mode: simply pressing one of the headphones allows you to hear ambient sound through the built-in microphones. This means you can easily hear the flight attendant or your office colleagues without removing your headphones whenever you need it.
