Beyerdynamic launches DT-series black edition

The Beyerdynamic DT 770 / 880 / 990 PRO has been the benchmark for sound quality for sound work for producers and sound engineers for many years. Optimal for mastering and monitoring sound, an ergonomic fit, 80-250 ohm impedance options, and a choice of open, semi-open, and closed designs make this line almost the most popular solution for any level of recording studio and monitor sound enthusiast.

For several decades, these models have been produced without significant changes in design and equipment, but now the Beyerdynamic company offers a limited series in black color and with slight differences from the classic models.

Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO BLACK EDITION

Technically identical to the classic Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO and available with 80 and 250 ohm resistance.

Technically identical to the Beyerdynamic DT 880 PRO 250 Om , but equipped with a new headband that provides even more comfort and comes with an exclusive case.

DT 880 Black Special Edition have a very neutral and relaxed sound. Bass reproduction is accurate, but not excessive. This feature provides headphones with truly transparent sound and clarity of individual music components. Thanks to its semi-open design, the DT 880 Black Special Edition allows some ambient noise to enter, but it’s a little better at muting than full-open headphones like the DT 990 Edition.
