MoFi Electronics debuts its inaugural StudioDAC converter, priced at $599.
Crafted by Michal Jurewicz, renowned for his work with the audio brand Mytek, the DAC features an external 12V/3.3A power supply, enhancing signal-to-noise ratio. Users have the option to swap power supplies for improved performance, facilitated by a standard 5.5/2.5 mm connector.
Connectivity options include optical, coaxial, and USB Type-C inputs, alongside analog outputs via RCA connectors. Signal conversion is driven by the ESS ES9038Q2M chip, with support for MQA technology.
