Auris was established in 2013 and quickly garnered attention in the audio industry, primarily due to its unique design and innovative technical solutions. According to the company’s press materials, Auris embodies a philosophy centered on exceptional design, natural materials, and superior sound quality. This marks the sixth generation of their amplifier.
The Nirvana VI is designed to be a multifunctional amplifier that “integrates various components into a single unit, enhancing both convenience and aesthetics.” This new model features a tube design, utilizing American 6CA7 power pentodes. These tubes represent an enhanced, more powerful iteration of the renowned EL34 tubes used in version IV. The manufacturer claims that “6CA7 tubes deliver deep bass, smooth mids, and robust highs, resulting in a warm and rich audio experience.”

Additionally, the new amplifier boasts a large OLED display on the front panel, replacing the traditional analog VU meters found in earlier models. This display provides clear visualization of output signal levels and includes a tube operating time counter, allowing users to monitor the amplifier’s performance effectively.
The output transformers are meticulously hand-wound in-house, featuring multiple secondary windings crafted from high-quality copper wire sourced from Serbia. This construction ensures the delivery of superior sound quality that is perfectly matched to the impedance of the connected headphones.
The Auris Nirvana VI is characterized by a large OLED display on the front panel.
With its impressive output capabilities, the Nirvana VI is designed to effortlessly drive headphones with impedances ranging from 32 to 600 ohms, making it compatible with both dynamic and planar magnetic headphones.
The front panel is equipped with three knobs for adjusting output impedance, volume, and input selection, enabling users to tailor the sound to their preferences. Additionally, there are two headphone outputs available: a 4-pin XLR and a 6.3 mm stereo jack.
Premium vulcanized rubber feet effectively minimize vibration interference, guaranteeing a clear and immersive audio experience. The Nirvana VI is equipped with an ergonomic remote control, allowing easy access to all functions from the comfort of your armchair. According to the manufacturer, the amplifier is constructed with top-tier components, features a robust aluminum chassis, and is engineered for durability.
