DALI has introduced Vega, a premium all-in-one wireless speaker designed to serve as both a serious music system and a streamlined TV-audio solution without separate amplifiers, speaker cables or stereo cabinets.
A single-cabinet hi-fi system from DALI
Vega marks a new integrated speaker concept for DALI, bringing the company’s loudspeaker engineering into a self-contained wireless system. Rather than requiring a pair of passive speakers and external amplification, Vega houses the drivers, amplification, DSP, streaming platform and control interface in one enclosure.

The product is aimed at listeners who want the scale and openness associated with a conventional stereo setup, but in a more compact and decor-friendly form. DALI has positioned Vega as suitable for music streaming, internet radio, TV sound and multiroom playback, all from a single speaker that can sit on furniture or mount to a wall.
The cabinet design combines real wood veneer, anodized aluminum and woven textile materials. A Dark Oak version is listed, with additional real-wood veneer finishes indicated. The unit measures 68.3 x 14.3 x 24.3 cm and weighs 8.7 kg.
Driver array, amplification and DSP
Inside Vega is an active two-way system using four 4.5-inch bass/midrange drivers, four 25 mm soft-dome tweeters and two passive bass radiators. The bass/midrange units use DALI’s recognizable wood-fiber diaphragms and low-loss rubber surrounds, while the tweeters are specified with rear chambers and magnetic oil.
Amplification is handled by eight separate Class D BTL amplifier channels, rated at 8 x 50 watts for a total of 400 watts. Signal processing is managed by an eight-channel DSP platform with active crossover control, room and placement adaptation, stereo enhancement and dynamic bass optimization.

DALI lists the frequency range at 32 Hz to 22.7 kHz at -3 dB, with a 2,400 Hz crossover frequency. The system supports audio up to 24-bit/192 kHz, and compatible file formats include MP3, AAC, WMA including lossless, OGG, FLAC, ALAC, WAV, AIFF, MQA, PCM and DSD256 converted to PCM.
Flexible placement with automatic orientation adjustment
One of Vega’s central design ideas is placement flexibility. It can be used free-standing on a shelf, sideboard or similar furniture, placed near a wall or in a corner, or wall-mounted horizontally or vertically. A wall bracket is included in the box.
The speaker automatically detects its orientation and adjusts accordingly, supported by DALI Adaptive Orientation Adjustment. Its OLED display also rotates automatically, helping keep the interface readable in different mounting positions.
DALI Adaptive Stereo Enhancement is included to broaden the presentation from the single enclosure. The system is intended to optimize its output whether used for music, TV audio or background listening, with the DSP handling the processing internally rather than requiring manual setup by the user.
BluOS streaming, multiroom and TV connectivity
Vega is built around the BluOS platform, giving it app-based access to streaming and multiroom features. Supported wireless options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Apple AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect and BluOS multiroom. Bluetooth codec support includes AAC, aptX and aptX HD.
Music services listed for the system include Spotify, TIDAL, Qobuz and Deezer, alongside internet radio. Vega can also operate with other BluOS-compatible products, including DALI, Bluesound and NAD components, allowing it to become part of a wider multiroom system.
For TV use, Vega includes HDMI ARC. Additional physical connections include optical Toslink stereo input, RCA left/right analog input, subwoofer output, Ethernet and USB-A for a memory stick or hard drive, with 5V/1A charging capability. Automatic source switching and automatic power-on are also specified. Google Cast is not listed among the supported wireless platforms.

Controls, presets and included accessories
DALI has provided several control options. Vega can be operated through the BluOS app, via the supplied remote control, or directly from buttons on the top panel for core functions such as playback and volume. A large aluminum volume control and integrated OLED display are part of the user interface.
Five programmable presets are available from the top panel, while the BluOS app supports up to 40 presets. Voice control is listed as possible via an external smart speaker rather than built into the unit itself.
The supplied package includes the DALI Vega speaker, remote control, AAA batteries, wall bracket with screws, power cable, cable holder, start guide and mounting templates. Vega is listed as a forthcoming product with pre-order sign-up information, but no USD price has been announced in the supplied details.
DALI Vega brings together active loudspeaker engineering, BluOS streaming, HDMI ARC and flexible wall or furniture placement in a single premium wireless system. For listeners looking to reduce hardware while keeping a hi-fi-oriented feature set, it is one of DALI’s most ambitious all-in-one designs to date.
