The Aful Snowynight boasts dual CS43198 high-end flagship-level DAC chips from Cirrus Logic, ensuring exceptional signal decoding and processing capabilities. With a robust USB processor, the Snowy Night is capable of decoding high-resolution 32-bit/768kHz PCM and Native DSD256 audio signals. Aful has achieved impressive SNR (up to 130dB) and THD+N performance, resulting in crystal-clear output with a noise-free background and minimal distortion (<0.0037% THD).

While the USB DAC/AMP market is highly competitive and chipset configurations often dictate sound quality, Aful aimed to break this trend. Recognizing that signal transmission interfaces such as USB, coaxial, and optical play a crucial role in sound quality, Aful focused on optimizing the signal transmission line from the source device.

Despite using a USB connection, the Aful SY01 decoder offers enhanced sound quality comparable to coaxial transmission, thanks to its optimized signal transmission line and high-quality components.

Featuring dual CS43198 high-end decoding chips and a specially designed USB transmission cable, the Aful SY01 decoder represents a significant breakthrough in the USB DAC/AMP industry, elevating the overall capability of the category.
The AFUL SnowyNight is set to launch globally on 31st, Jan.

I bought a Onkyo back in 1980's. It had Fiber Optic wiring, etc. It sounded so good. It was a very nice unit. It was very expensive. It didn't even last a year. I still have it, packed away, like new,in it's original box. Hoping one day, I may have it repaired. So my faith in Onkyo products are slim to none. Otherwise I would purchase one.
