To celebrate its 12th anniversary, Denafrips introduces the Ares 12TH-1 , a high-performance, balanced NOS R2R DAC. The digital/analog conversion stage consists of no less than 480 carefully selected precision resistors and is integrated with an Altera FPGA. The Ares 12TH-1 power stage is no exception, featuring a large 60-watt O-core transformer with UP-OCC copper windings, eight LDOs, and a variety of high-performance capacitors. This ensemble allows the Denafrips Ares 12TH-1 to reproduce sound with incredible precision, clarity and richness.
Denafrips Ares 12TH-1 has a full set of connecting elements. There is USB-B with STM32 interface, I2S over HDMI, optical Toslink and coaxial. When sorting, you can use RCA stéréo asymétrique and XLR stéréo symétrique.
The Ares 12TH-1 circuit is housed in a durable and elegant anodized aluminum housing. Its compact size allows for easy integration.
