FX-AUDIO DAC-X4: High quality headphone amplifier at a very affordable price

FX-Audio offers the DAC-X4 , a digital/analog converter with headphone amplifier at a very affordable price. It features a DAC01 conversion chip that can support PCM sampling rates up to 24-bit 192 kHz. It is coupled to the MAX97220 headphone amplifier IC, delivering 2x150mW of power into a 32Ω load.

In terms of connections, the DAC-X4 remains classic and efficient, with USB-B, optical Toslink and coaxial inputs. In terms of outputs, we simply find a stereo RCA and a 3.5mm jack for headphone output.
