The MT-605 from xDuoo is a small and affordable amplifier that combines Class D performance with the musicality of a tube system.
Its amplifier stage is indeed based on the TI TPA3116 chip, which allows it to provide an output power of 2×30 W under a 4Ω load with high efficiency. However, a 12AU7 tube is also integrated into the circuit, allowing you to enjoy the soft and delicate sound of this design. The power stage is also not far behind, with a filter circuit using quality Rubycon and Nichicon capacitors to ensure that the audio circuits receive a clean electrical signal. When it comes to connections, the MT-605 goes for the bare essentials: a stereo RCA input and speaker terminals on the output.
