Triangle has added a new color to its existing Borea Connect product line. Burgundy has been added to the six existing colors. Technically, nothing has changed. The Borea BR02 Connect and the slightly larger Borea BR03 Connect remain active master/slave speaker systems that can play music signals wirelessly or via a cable.
Triangle Borea Connect
The latest colorway of the Borea Connect from French company Triangle combines a deep burgundy front with warm teak veneer sides. According to the designers, the subtle balance between the satin wood grain and the soft sheen of the burgundy gives the speakers a warm, modern look that fits seamlessly into both minimalist interiors and more expressive spaces.
The Borea Connect speakers offer everything the modern listener needs for a complete listening experience. Music can be fed via a RCA line input, a 3.5mm jack input, or three digital inputs. There’s also a turntable input and an HDMI input. For those seeking more bass, the subwoofer output is available. Bluetooth connectivity is also included, version 5 with aptX HD Low Latency support and a maximum bitrate of 24/bit at 48 kHz. Oh, and Triangle has released the existing Lunar 1 turntable in the same color.
This new version of the Lunar 1, designed as a natural complement to the Borea Connect Burgundy speakers, shares the same timbre as the speaker grilles, creating a refined and cohesive whole. The Triangel Borea BR02 Connect has a suggested retail price of €549, and the Borea BR03 Connect is €100 more expensive. All colors have the same price.
