Teufel Audio has launched the Reflekt 2, a passive two-way speaker that can be placed on top of a floor-standing speaker for Dolby Atmos applications. The Reflekt 2 can also be wall-mounted with the included optimized bracket to reproduce rear channels. Buyers can choose between a white and a black version.
The Reflekt 2 from Teufel Audio can be operated in various modes via an integrated switch. This passive two-way speaker can be placed on floor-standing speakers or wall-mounted.
According to the designers, the Reflekt 2 elevates the surround sound experience of existing speaker sets to a new level. Whether it's rain pouring down from above the jungle or airplanes and helicopters flying overhead, the Dolby Atmos-certified Reflekt 2 completes the surround-sound immersion, even when playing DTS:X material.
The two-way speakers with long-throw midwoofers deliver high, distortion-free volumes in the home theater or living room, seamlessly integrating with existing speaker systems (such as those from the Ultima series). The Reflekt 2 can be operated in upfiring mode, placed on floor-standing speakers, or in direct mode, wall-mounted with the integrated bracket. A switch on the back allows you to easily switch between the two modes.
The Reflekt 2's updated design is based on the design language of the Ultima series. The optimized bracket also makes wall mounting even easier. Furthermore, the Reflekt 2 is made of FSC-certified wood and features a more repair-friendly design with fewer glued components.
