MOONDROP has launched a new model of wireless headphones, the Edge, featuring active noise cancellation. These headphones offer a blend of functionality and superior sound quality, all housed in a compact, foldable case.
One notable feature of the Edge headphones is their dedicated acoustic chamber for the driver, which effectively isolates it from electronic components, resulting in a purer sound quality. They are equipped with a substantial 40 mm dynamic driver that incorporates a beryllium membrane and a composite suspension. This specific arrangement of materials minimizes distortion and enhances dynamic range. Additionally, the sound accuracy and stability are further improved by a magnet system utilizing N52 neodymium magnets paired with a lightweight CCAW coil.
The Edge headphones are compatible with the LDAC codec, enabling high-resolution audio streaming through Bluetooth 5.4. They also support simultaneous connections to two devices. A sophisticated built-in chip featuring a RISC-V core and NPU optimizes both power efficiency and overall performance.
Furthermore, these headphones come with a hybrid active noise cancellation system that includes four microphones and ENC technology, ensuring clear voice transmission even in noisy environments. The ANC system employs high-sensitivity microphones to detect and mitigate external noise, allowing for an enjoyable listening experience during music playback or conversations.
One of the key benefits of the Edge is its impressive battery life, offering up to 48 hours of music playback. With fast charging capabilities, just 5 minutes of connection to a power source can provide an additional 4 hours of listening time.

Sound quality has been meticulously fine-tuned using the VDSF standard and measurements taken with B&K 5128 equipment, resulting in a natural timbre and exceptional audio clarity.
