Tonewinner AD-66D

The Tonewinner AD-66D is an efficient and versatile Class A amplifier with a proven technical foundation for musical and detailed sound. Its circuitry uses audiophile-grade components to provide superior performance, including low noise and distortion. It also has a full range of connectors to meet the vast majority of home audio integration needs.

Tonewinner AD-66D

To meet the vast majority of needs, the AD-66D offers a full range of connections, including USB input, optical, coaxial, HDMI ARC, Micro SD port, stereo RCA, and thanks to the Bluetooth 4.2 receiver using the ATS2825 chip. Thus, you can stream and control music remotely, for example from a smartphone, directly to the amplifier.

Tonewinner AD-66D

Featuring numerous digital inputs, the Tonewinner AD-66D is of course equipped with a digital-to-analog conversion section. It integrates an Analog Devices AD1955 DAC chip that decodes PCM audio streams up to 24-bit 192 kHz and provides SNR as well as a dynamic range of 120 dB.

Tonewinner AD-66D

The Tonewinner AD-66D's power stage receives the same attention as the device's audio circuits. It features a large custom toroidal transformer and 15,000uF capacitors to ensure a clean electrical signal at all times.

Tonewinner AD-66D

The AD-66D Class A amplifier stage is based on the use of two pairs of powerful Toshiba TTA1943/TTC5200 transistors, which allows it to develop a power of 2×80 W under an 8Ω load or 2×135 W under a 4Ω load. The amplifier also benefits from a particularly careful architecture that ensures low distortion levels to reveal a musical and rich sound. What's more, the AD-66D is equipped with a subwoofer output, allowing you to add a subwoofer to your 2.1 system.

Tonewinner AD-66D

The Tonewinner AD-66D is equipped with a JRC NJW1194 high-precision stereo volume control. It allows you to effectively control the sound level, ensuring low noise and distortion. The sound level is adjusted in 0.5 dB steps.
