Yamaha YH-L700A is an updated version of full-size headphones with active noise cancellation. Functionally, unlike the previous flagship, Yamaha YH-E700A , support for 3D sound and a completely new design appeared.
3D sound field
3D SOUND FIELD draws on more than 30 years of experience using CINEMA DSP processing in home theater products to transform two-channel listening into a multi-channel experience. It localizes the sound source using patented HRTF audio technology, synthesizing binaural sound and converting a two-channel sound source into a three-dimensional sound space.
Listening optimization
Yamaha’s Listening Optimizer uses an internal microphone to measure the sealing and leakage of air from different shaped ears every 20 seconds. Playback is optimized in real-time to correct for differences between the source and actual listening conditions, delivering sound tailored to the individual listener.
Advanced active noise cancellation
The signal collected by the internal microphone analyzes the noise, calculating what needs to be removed from the music signal being played to erase only the noise. This means that there is no unnecessary processing of the music signal, maintaining the purity of the music.
