Vinyl is back. CDs never really left. And Mixx Audio clearly decided there’s no reason to choose between them. Enter the Analog Plus — a genuinely unusual player that combines a turntable and a CD player into a single, compact unit. Mixx even calls it the world’s first concentric combo of its kind, and honestly, that’s not far off.

The trick lies in the construction. Vinyl records and CDs share the same central module, stacked on different levels. It looks unconventional, slightly retro-futuristic, and very intentional. According to Mixx CEO Prash Vadgama, the mission was simple: create something truly different — and not just another me-too turntable. Mission accomplished.
Old Formats, New Convenience
The Analog Plus is made for listeners who love physical media but don’t want half the living room taken over by gear. One box instead of two, less clutter, more music.

Vinyl playback is handled by a tried-and-tested Audio-Technica AT3600L cartridge, a solid and forgiving choice for everyday listening. The turntable supports both 7-inch and 12-inch records, spinning at 33 or 45 rpm, so singles and full albums are equally welcome.

And because this is very much a modern device, Mixx didn’t stop at analog nostalgia. You also get Bluetooth 5.3 for wireless playback and a remote control for sofa-friendly operation.
Simple Idea, Smart Execution
The Analog Plus isn’t trying to be a purist audiophile statement piece. Instead, it’s about fun, flexibility, and compact design — a single player that lets you enjoy vinyl, CDs, and wireless audio without building a full rack system.
At around $400, it lands in an accessible price bracket, especially for anyone sitting on both record and CD collections and looking for a neat, all-in-one solution.
The Mixx Analog Plus is quirky, clever, and refreshingly different — a reminder that physical media can still evolve, and that hi-fi doesn’t always have to take itself so seriously.
