Neodio has launched its very first loudspeaker, named the Lilli. It’s a compact two-way monitor speaker designed to deliver full bandwidth from an enclosure no taller than three apples. While it might not be able to deliver the deepest bass from such a small footprint, the Lilli should otherwise produce a full sound.
Neodio Lilli: two-way bass reflex loudspeaker
The Neodio Lilli combines compact size with a high-quality acoustic design and, according to the manufacturer, offers a realistic low-frequency response and a wide, immersive soundstage unusual for mini speakers. The Lilli is built entirely in France and uses a high-density MDF cabinet designed to balance neutrality with compactness. At just 210 millimeters high and 154 millimeters wide, the cabinet features internal damping materials and stainless steel side plates with viscoelastic layers to control resonance. The cabinet weighs five kilograms and features a rear-mounted bass reflex port.
The Neodio Lilli utilizes two custom-designed drivers, manufactured in France by Kartesian. The 100mm woofer features a long-excursion, low-distortion aluminum and carbon fiber cone, while the 28mm soft-dome tweeter with a neodymium magnet is designed to reproduce high frequencies clearly and precisely. The two drivers are mounted close together in the compact enclosure, contributing to a highly coherent stereo image.
Neodio Lilli: optimized internal components
Neodio has extensively tested the Lilli’s crossover design and incorporated lacquered air coils, polypropylene capacitors, and other proprietary component combinations. The internal wiring is made with Neodio’s Fractal 8 cable, and the speaker terminals follow the company’s philosophy of reliable, lightweight connectors for clean signal transmission.
According to Neodio, the Lilli offers a natural timbre and strong sound density, aiming for a transparent presentation that, according to Neodio, makes the sound float in the air. With an eight-ohm impedance and a sensitivity of 82 dB, it is compatible with amplifiers from 40 watts. The specified frequency response ranges from 50 Hz to 20 kHz, making it suitable for both music and home theater systems without compromising the tonal balance.

A custom-made stand is available for the Neodio Lilli, made of high-density MDF and fully bonded for extra strength. The stand rests on three contact points and can be expanded with Neodio’s Harmonie bases for additional insulation. Various finish options are available, including custom colors upon request.
