Final has launched two new headphones. The DX4000CL is a wired, closed-back over-ear headphone featuring a diaphragm made from a paper-carbon composite. The second model is a wireless gaming headset called the VR3000 EX, which comes with a USB dongle that should ensure ultra-low latency. Both models are all black.

Final DX4000CL: Closed dynamic over-ear headphones

The Final DX4000CL is a high-performance closed-back headphone that, according to its designers, offers isolation without the usual closed-in sound. Thanks to Final’s new air pressure control and a 40-millimeter paper-carbon composite driver, it delivers an exceptionally wide soundstage, precise instrument placement, and a natural, balanced tone.

The fiberglass-reinforced earcups, SHIBO textured finish, and comfortable memory foam earpads guarantee longevity and comfort, even for glasses wearers. A silver-plated cable, taken from Final’s top models, enhances clarity and detail. According to the manufacturer, the DX4000CL is an absolute must-have for listeners seeking high-quality closed-back headphones suitable for both critical listening and everyday use.

The manufacturer claims a sensitivity of 96 dB/mW and an impedance of 37 ohms at 1 kHz. The DX4000CL weighs 375 grams, without a cable.

The suggested retail price of the Final DX4000CL is just under 1,000 euros.

Final VR3000 EX: wireless gaming headset

The Final Audio VR3000 EX is a high-performance wireless gaming headset designed for a competitive edge. It provides wearers with a wide 3D soundstage and enhanced spatial accuracy, crucial for locating footsteps and enemy signals.

It also features a Bluetooth 5.3 USB dongle with ultra-low latency of less than 20ms for performance that’s almost like a wired connection. The headphones have a special “Footstep Mode” for clear, directional audio, making them ideal for FPS games and immersive gaming.

The VR3000 EX is compatible with Windows, macOS, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android. It has a rated battery life of 55 hours.

The suggested retail price of the Final VR3000 EX is just under 130 euros.
