The Fosi Audio M03 Mono Amplifier is an affordable, compact, and powerful compact unit. It is equipped with a TI TPA3255D2 amplifier chip that delivers 120W of power into 4 ohms. It has two operating modes that can be selected using a switch on the front panel. The “PBTL” mode allows you to power a passive mono speaker and an active subwoofer, and the “SUB” mode allows you to power a passive or active subwoofer.
The front panel also has a potentiometer for volume control and a second potentiometer for the subwoofer’s 20-300 Hz low-pass filter. This low pass filter only works in “SUB” mode with a passive subwoofer. Simple and effective, this subwoofer amplifier will allow you to drive a large number of subwoofers available on the market. The delivery set includes a 32V DC 5A power supply.
Fosi Audio decided to integrate the TI TPA3255D2 amplifier chip into its M03 amplifier. This Texas Instrument IC is a Class D power amplifier IC featuring PurePath™ UltraHD technology for low distortion across the entire audio range and superior sound quality.
