Xiaomi has introduced a new wireless portable speaker Sound Move in the Chinese market .
It is enclosed in a durable anodized aluminum housing, protected from moisture and dust according to the IP66 standard . The acoustic part includes four multidirectional speakers, which were tuned by Harmon Kardon specialists . Passive radiators on the front and rear panels are used as acoustic design. The design uses an accelerometer that adapts the sound of the speaker depending on its position in space – horizontal or vertical.
The speaker can be connected to the signal source via Xiaomi Miaobo, AirPlay2, Bluetooth 5.3 , as well as wired via USB-C . A full charge of the built-in battery should be enough for 21 hours of operation. The manufacturer claims that Xiaomi Sound Move can create sound pressure up to 90 dB . The speaker measures 17.7 x 55.5 x 55.5 mm and weighs 568 grams .
