OPPO F31 Pro and F31 Pro+ Unveiled: Huge Battery, Rugged Design, and Mid-Range Pricing

OPPO has just expanded its lineup with two new smartphones, the F31 Pro and F31 Pro+, both designed with endurance, durability, and solid performance in mind.

The F31 Pro comes with a 6.57-inch AMOLED display that supports a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate and reaches a peak brightness of 1400 nits, making it easy to use even in bright sunlight. Powering the phone is MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300-Energy chip, paired with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of storage. On the back, there’s a 50-megapixel main camera supported by a secondary sensor, while selfies and video calls are handled by a 32-megapixel front camera.

What really makes the F31 Pro stand out is its massive 7000mAh battery, which supports 80W fast charging. OPPO has also gone heavy on durability: the phone carries IP66, IP68, and even IP69 certifications, and its Armour Body 360 design is meant to keep components safe from damage. Buyers can pick it up in Desert Gold or Space Gray, with prices starting at around $306 for the base model and going up to $350 for the top configuration.

The phone is said to be IP66, IP68, and IP69 rated.

The F31 Pro+ pushes things a little further. It has a slightly larger 6.79-inch AMOLED screen with higher resolution and 1600-nit peak brightness. Instead of MediaTek, this version uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, which brings stronger performance. Storage is fixed at 256GB, again with a choice between 8GB or 12GB of RAM. The cameras and battery setup remain the same as the Pro model, including that hefty 7000mAh cell with 80W charging.

The Pro+ also gets its own style, with colors like Festival Pink, Himalayan White, and Jewel Blue. It’s a little bigger and heavier than the Pro, but still slim enough to handle comfortably. Pricing starts at about $375 and goes up to $397, depending on memory configuration.

Both phones are clearly aimed at users who want a device that lasts all day (and then some) while also surviving the bumps and spills of daily life. With their huge batteries, strong protection ratings, and bright AMOLED screens, OPPO seems to be positioning the F31 Pro and Pro+ as reliable companions for anyone who needs performance and resilience at a mid-range price.
