realme has expanded its Narzo series with the launch of two new smartphones: Narzo 90 and Narzo 90x. Aimed squarely at the budget segment, both models focus on long battery life, high refresh-rate displays, and up-to-date software, while keeping prices firmly in the affordable range.
realme Narzo 90: AMOLED Display and Premium Features
The Narzo 90 positions itself as the more refined option in the lineup. It features a 6.57-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate, delivering vibrant colors and fluid motion. With a claimed peak brightness of up to 4,000 nits, the screen is well suited for outdoor use and is protected by Dragontrail Star D+ glass.
Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Max processor, paired with either 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. One of the phone’s biggest highlights is its massive 7,000 mAh battery, supported by 60 W fast charging, promising long endurance with quick top-ups.

Camera hardware includes a 50 MP main sensor accompanied by a 2 MP monochrome module, while the front-facing camera also uses a 50 MP sensor—a standout feature in this price category. The Narzo 90 runs realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15, with the company promising three major Android updates and four years of security patches.
Additional features include stereo speakers and robust durability ratings, with IP66, IP68, and IP69 resistance. Despite the large battery, the phone remains slim at 7.79 mm and weighs 181 grams.
The Narzo 90 is available in Victory Gold and Carbon Black, with pricing set at INR 16,999 for the 6 GB version and INR 18,499 for the 8 GB model.
realme Narzo 90x: Bigger Screen, Lower Price
The Narzo 90x is designed as a more accessible alternative, trading AMOLED for a larger 6.8-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution and an impressive 144 Hz refresh rate. Peak brightness reaches 1,200 nits, and the panel is also protected by Dragontrail Star D+ glass.

Like the Narzo 90, it runs on the Dimensity 6400 Max chipset and comes with 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The same 7,000 mAh battery and 60 W fast charging are carried over, ensuring strong battery life across both models.
On the camera side, the Narzo 90x features a 50 MP main camera paired with a flicker sensor, while the front camera uses an 8 MP sensor. It runs realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15 and includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, IP65 dust and water resistance, and a distinctive Rhythm Pulse Light on the rear panel for notifications.
The Narzo 90x measures 8.28 mm thick and weighs 212 grams. It’s offered in Flash Blue and Nitro Blue, with pricing starting at INR 13,999 for the 6 GB version and INR 15,499 for the 8 GB model.

A Strong Battery-Focused Duo
With the Narzo 90 and Narzo 90x, realme continues to push large batteries and high refresh rates into the budget segment. Whether users prefer an AMOLED display with premium features or a larger, faster LCD screen at a lower price, the new Narzo models offer compelling options for value-focused buyers.
