Dreame, best known for its smart vacuum cleaners and home appliances, is expanding its product lineup with its first portable battery. The company has officially introduced the Air Power 17, a compact magnetic power bank designed for modern smartphones and accessories.
The Air Power 17 supports the Qi2 wireless charging standard and launches in two versions: a 5,000 mAh base model and a 10,000 mAh Pro version. Both models feature a premium aluminum-and-glass construction, giving the power bank a sleek, minimalist appearance.
The smaller 5,000 mAh version measures just 8 mm thick and weighs 123 grams, making it easy to slip into a pocket or bag. The larger Pro model increases capacity while remaining relatively compact, with a thickness of 12.8 mm and a weight of 189 grams. Both variants include a retractable kickstand on the back for hands-free use, along with subtle LED indicators and Dreame branding.

Fast Charging, Wired and Wireless
When connected via cable, the Air Power 17 delivers up to 20 W of charging power. Wireless charging reaches 15 W, taking full advantage of the Qi2 standard. The power bank can charge two devices at the same time, combining wired and wireless output for added flexibility.
A USB-C port located on the bottom handles wired charging, while integrated LED lighting provides clear feedback on charging status and remaining power.
Price and Availability
In China, the Air Power 17 is priced at 219 yuan (around $31) for the 5,000 mAh version, while the 10,000 mAh Pro model costs 259 yuan (approximately $36). Availability is currently limited to the Chinese market, but international release plans are expected to follow.
With the Air Power 17, Dreame makes a confident entry into the portable power segment, combining modern wireless charging standards with a slim, premium design.
