Nubert Launches Pre-Orders for New nuVero nova Series

German audio specialist Nubert electronic GmbH has officially opened pre-orders for the first three models of its all-new nuVero nova loudspeaker series: the nuVero nova 9, nuVero nova 14, and nuVero nova 18. As an added incentive, customers who reserve their speakers now will receive an extended warranty of 15 years, triple the brand’s standard five-year coverage.

A New Chapter for nuVero

The nuVero nova series made its public debut at the High End Show 2025 in Munich. Interestingly, at that time the model names were still under wraps, but Nubert was clear on its vision: a versatile High End solution that blends seamlessly into modern interiors while delivering genre-spanning performance.

Following the show, the lineup was finalized with seven models:

nuVero nova 1w – active subwoofer
nuVero nova 5 – universal wall and ceiling speaker
nuVero nova 7 – center channel speaker
nuVero nova 9 – bookshelf loudspeaker
nuVero nova 12 – compact floorstanding speaker
nuVero nova 14 – medium floorstanding speaker
nuVero nova 18 – large flagship floorstanding speaker

The first three models — nova 9, nova 14, and nova 18 — will hit the market in October 2025.

The Nubert nuVero nova series of acoustic systems was first presented at the High End Show 2025 in Munich, although at that time, interestingly, the names of the models had not yet been finalized.

Engineered from the Ground Up

This third generation of nuVero has been redesigned entirely from scratch. For the first time, the series features a metal-dome tweeter built with Nubert’s Non-Resonant Technology (NRT), capable of delivering transparent, detailed highs extending beyond 30 kHz.

Low- and mid-frequency drivers now use four-layer carbon-fiber cones, combining extreme rigidity with minimal weight for a seamless, natural integration between bass and mids.

Nubert has also refined its UltraDirectivity technology, ensuring exceptionally focused sound dispersion. A distinctive feature here is the “sound wing”, a design element that’s both visual and functional, enhancing sound projection and room-filling immersion. Paired with Nubert’s WideStage effect, it creates the illusion of sound detaching from the speakers, enveloping the listener in a lifelike soundstage.

The special feature of the third generation of the Nubert nuVero series in the nova version is that it was developed completely from scratch.

nuVero nova 9 – A compact, high-end bookshelf speaker that distills Nubert’s 50 years of acoustic expertise into a sleek form, offering pinpoint imaging, balanced tonal character, and outstanding musicality.
nuVero nova 14 – Dubbed a “statement” model, it delivers finely detailed sound, exceptional precision, and complete tonal coherence. Equally at home in stereo setups or home cinema, its softly rounded front panel and distinctive driver layout underscore its refined engineering.
nuVero nova 18 – The flagship of the range, a reference-class floorstander that marries classical design with uncompromising performance. Finished in flawless piano lacquer, it represents the pinnacle of Nubert’s craftsmanship and sonic precision.
