Xiaomi sets a presentation date for the Redmi Note 12 series

Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 12 series is just around the corner. The renowned Asian manufacturer has confirmed its presentation for this Thursday, October 27 at 7PM (Beijing time) and everything indicates that they will be terminals with a lot of emphasis on the photographic department.

Going into details, the series will be made up of the Redmi Note 12, Note 12 Pro, Note 12 Pro+ models and possibly also a new Note 12 Ultra; which would be more ambitious than his younger brothers. For more details, we invite you to continue reading, because the presentation date is not the only thing that has come to light about these smartphones.

What can we expect?

Official posters hint that the Redmi Note 12 series will boast a triple camera setup with horizontal LED flash. Likewise, it will be headed by a Sony IMX766 main sensor , or at least this will be the case for the Note 12 Pro. Said sensor outlines a resolution of 50MP and the ability to capture fusion pixels of up to 2μm.

Other features we hope to see – but are not confirmed – are a Dimensity 1080 chip for the Pro models, as well as a high-refresh rate AMOLED screen, which would be curved on the 12 Pro+ and Ultra.

Finally, there are rumors of a 67W fast charge for the standard model, reaching a figure of 120W for the Note 12 Pro, while the Note 12 Pro+ would take it to the extreme with a capacity of 210W.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 series: When will it be available?

As we said before, Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 12 series will be officially presented on October 27 and from that day it will be available for reservation in China.

On this side of the world we will have to wait a little longer, because surely Xiaomi will not miss the opportunity to launch these phones in Europe. However, we will have to wait for another separate event to confirm its global launch, so we are probably looking at international availability in early 2023 .
