Philips launches 34" widescreen curved monitor with built-in webcam

Philips introduced the 34E1C5600HE widescreen 34-inch office monitor. The monitor is built on a curved VA matrix with a curvature radius of 1500R. The company notes that the monitor will perfectly cope not only with office work, but also suitable for entertainment.

The display format is 21:9. It has an anti-reflective coating, offers support for 3440 × 1440 pixels, 4ms response time (GtG), 3000:1 contrast ratio and a maximum brightness of 300 cd/m 2 .

The screen is claimed to have 99.25% coverage of the NTSC color space and 123.24% coverage of the sRGB color space.

 

The display is equipped with a 5-megapixel webcam with Windows Hello support and two speakers with a power of 5 watts each. The Philips 34E1C5600HE connector set consists of one HDMI 2.0, one DisplayPort 1.2 and one USB Type-C with support for DisplayPort Alternate Mode and charging. Support for the MultiView mode is also announced, which allows you to display images from several sources side by side.

The monitor received an ergonomic stand that allows you to adjust the height and tilt of the display.

Philips 34E1C5600HE will be on sale in July. The manufacturer estimated the monitor at $480.
